Insulated door panels are constructed from galvanized steel sheets bonded together with CFC free polyurethane foam with integral
thermal breaks to provide a U value of 0.40w/m2c.

The thickness is 40/50mm,which make the door panel has excellent mechanical properties, the size is stable, even under low temperature
the panels' strength will not change.

Photo beam protector


One pair of photo beam protector will installed at both sides of the door, which will emit an invisible beam of light across the opening
area ,if the bean is interrupted by anything ,the protector will make the door stop to closing and reverse back to its opening position.

Air bag bottom seal


On the bottom of the door there if the door touches something will be an air bag to make the door reveres when it is closing.

6. Packing and shipping 

The industrial door panel always be protected by the 5mm carton box and wrapping film to ensure a full protection of it. 

Loding container will be done by our experienced workers who have the ability to make full use of the container and gurantee the security of
the door. there ere are about 65 single door (2500*2140) in one 20ft container.For LCL order we could send it to any china sea port , the door
will be protected by polywood box.

    Sample from Everbright is for free, but you need to pay for the freight.

    Freight will be deducted from the payment of the official order.
