Process flow of garage door panel's production
There are 8 steps to make the garage door panel by the automatic continuous production line. They are uncoiling - film laminating - roll forming - PU foaming and solidifying - fly cutting - cooling - stacking and wrap packing. After these 8 steps every piece of panel will be checked by the QC staff, then high quality panels could  be loaded and sent out.
